Our Chef’s Table is a semi-private dining space adjacent to our kitchen. Accommodating a maximum of 12 guests, the Chef’s Table is separated from the main dining room.

Guests will feel part of a lively kitchen service front while enjoying the exclusivity of a separate space at The Apollo.

The semi-private dining room can be booked for lunch in two sittings on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and in two sittings any evening of the week or alternately it can be booked exclusively for the entire lunch or evening service.

Currently, we are releasing reservations for tables of 10 from Friday to Sunday both lunch and dinner this coming weekend. Each sitting will be for two hours and guests will be dining off our Apollo’sFeast for 10 ($90pp including drink on arrival). Please click here to view our menu.

We will be releasing reservations for the week each Monday so any requests for future dates, do not hesitate to contact us. This is so that we stay up to date with COVID-19 health & safety regulations as carefully as possible.
